Warranty Period
The Warranty goes into effect immediately after the new Belun Ring unit has shipped from our warehouse facilities and the standard warranty expires at the end of the Warranty Period specified below.

A/ Warranty Coverage
1/ The Warranty provides repairs for any unit defects related to materials or workmanship at the time of purchase, or exchanges to a functional replacement unit.
2/ Abnormal wear and tear resulting from improper or abusive usage of the product’s intended design and engineering is not covered.
3/ All requests must be approved by Belun before any repair or replacement procedure is performed during the Warranty Period.
4/ Specific exceptions to the Warranty are outlined in the “Exceptions” section.
5/ Belun reserves the sole discretion to determine the most appropriate repair or replacement method.
6/ The replaced unit will be covered for the remainder of the Warranty Period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
B/ "Belun Extended Protection" Extended Warranty Coverage
1/ Belun offers the Belun Extended Protection warranty extension to customers renewing their annual report subscription plan.
2/ The warranty extension provides an additional one year of coverage to the Ring and Cradle.

C/ Exception
Requests for repair and replacement will be automatically declined if the Ring and Cradle shows sign of
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by individuals other than Belun or its authorized service providers.
- Damage caused by using the Device outside its intended purpose or in a manner inconsistent with the user manual or instructions provided.
- Damage caused by exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors.
- Normal wear and tear of consumable components, such as batteries or accessories like ring arms, unless the failure is attributable to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Damage caused by the use of unauthorized or incompatible accessories or parts.
D/ How To Return Your Product for Repair or Replacement
1/ Medical device cannot be returned for refund under regulation, so when you find issue with your Belun Ring, please contact our Customer Service Team at cs@beluntech.com or the salesperson you have been working with for repair or replacement, and provide the following information:
- proof of purchase, including the number of the original receipt or invoice.
- detailed description of the issue
- insert photos
- serial number of the ring and cradle, which should be a matching pair as shown in the original packaging box.
2/ A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket will be issued and instruction on return will be provided if the case is preliminary approved.
3/ You’ll need to return the unit with the Ring, the Cradle, all the Ring Arms and the USB Charging Cable packed in the original box, or a properly packed box/bag with reasonable protection. Additional repackaging and service fee will be charged if any of the accessories are not returned with the Ring and Cradle.
4/ Failure to meet the above criteria will result in the return or repair request being rejected.
