Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing Belun Ring. To ensure excellent quality of our product, all Belun products are subject to strict quality control. The user is entitled to this warranty subject to the terms and conditions contained hereunder and any other applicable repair service terms and conditions.
 

  1. For product defects that occur under normal operating circumstances, subject to verification by Belun Technology Company Limited (hereinafter called the “Company”), free of charge repair service shall be provided by the Company within one (1) year commencing from the date of sales invoice. Valid Sales invoice must be issued by authorized resellers or affixed with model and serial number label printed by authorized distributors.
     
  2. Subject to Clause 10 hereunder, product battery is warranted for one (1) year from the date of sales invoice.
     
  3. This warranty shall not apply and the repair charges shall be separately quoted by the Company in the event of:
     

(a) any willful modification, alteration or repair in any way made to any part of the product by any persons other than the Company; or
 

(b) any damage caused by misuse, misapplication of electricity, malicious acts, negligence, inflow of any liquid or dirt, accident, natural calamities, or physical force.
 

  1. All changed parts are non-returnable.
     
  2. Unless otherwise stipulated, this Warranty Card is only valid for product purchased in Hong Kong SAR.
     
  3. Please keep this Warranty Card in proper condition. Customers are required to present this Warranty Card and the original sales invoice to the Company upon request for warranty service.
     
  4. Data stored in the products may be lost after the inspection and / or repair and thus should be properly backed up by the customers beforehand. The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits and/or loss of data as a result of provision of repair service.
     
  5. Any alteration to this Warranty Card renders it invalid.
     
  6. The Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to use any refurbished (instead of brand-new) components in providing the repair service and charge the customers corresponding component fees according to the quotation.
     
  7. The warranty does not cover consumable parts, including but not limited to battery, that can be diminished over time, unless failure has occurred due to defects in materials or workmanship.

 

Limitation of Liability

Belun shall not be liable for any loss of profit or revenue, loss of contracts or any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive loss or damages arising out of or in connection with provision of services under this Policy (including but without limitation the Warranty Service, Delivery Service), whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if Belun has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In any case, Belun’s total liability under this Policy shall not exceed the total service fee obtained by Belun for providing the various services under this Policy.
